1. The students are required to fill online undertaking form as available at http://www.antiragging.in and www.amanmovement.org. After filling this form successfully each student will receive (i) Student’s Anti – Ragging Undertaking and (ii) Parent’s Anti – Ragging in their e-mail. The Student should take print out of aforesaid (i) & (ii) and present both the signed copies to the Principal, East India Technical Institution (ITI College) within 31.08.2023. This process is to be repeated at the beginning of every year.

2. A Student seeking to stay in Hostel shall have to submit the undertaking separately along with his/her application for Hostel accommodation that he/she is also aware of the rules in this regard and agrees to accept the punishments meted out if he/she is found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging. This is to inform you that the Practical Examination in connection with the All India Trade Test (AITT, July, 2023) for the regular Trainees for 1^st year of 2022-24 session and 2^nd year of 2021-23 session is scheduled from 3^rd July, 2023 to 7^th July, 2023 vide DGT File No.- DGT-16/2022-TT Cell (FTS No. – E 54304), dated-20.04.2023.

      But as you are already aware that the State Panchayat Election is declared to be polled on 8^th July, 2023, some of the Govt. Institute will be used by the Election commission to set up polling Booth or DCRC.
