Rules and Regulations

1) Students must be well informed about the notices displayed on the college notice boards.

2) Regular attendance (80%) as per NCVT, DGT (MSDE, Govt. of India) norms is obligatory for each student to appear in the Internal & AITT-Mains Examination(s).

3) Students are to submit application to the Principal for Character Certificate, Bus Concession / Railway Concession, Identity Card, etc. at least 7 days in advance to the Principal’s Office.

4) Students admitted to this college are to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the College, NCVT & SCVT (WB) and orders of the Principal or Secretary. No student can plead ignorance of such rules and orders.

5) Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Report on this matter, if found true, would lead to cancellation of admission or suspension for an academic year.

6) Students are advised to present themselves in College dresses in tune with the environment of an educational institution.

7) The College Authority holds the right to issue transfer certificate or rusticate a student found guilty of an offense or undisciplined behavior, if it considered that such action is necessary in the interest of the college, without assigning any reason.

8) A student must carry with him/her updated Identity Card issued by the College.

9) Students must keep the college premises clean and maintain the sanctity of the college. Silence is to be observed. The corridors, staircases and the college premises are not meant for loitering and lounging.

10) If a student (Regular) is absent from the classes without notice and without proper reason for more than 14 days, his/her name would be struck off from the college rules.

1. Carry a valid photo identity card along with Hall Ticket to the examination centre(s).

2. Please ensure that you report to the examination centre at least 45 minutes prior to the start time. Check the exam schedule carefully. 

3. Parents and others who accompany the candidates will not be permitted inside the examination centre.

4. Bring your Student ID Card. You will not be allowed into the exam hall without these.

5. Do not bring any unauthorized material (e.g. written notes, notes in dictionaries, any electronic gadgets). These will be checked and confiscated.

6. Make sure your mobile phone is switched off and place it at the front together with bags. 

7. Listen carefully to instructions. Students are required to comply with the instructions of invigilators / External Examiner’s at all times.

     The Government of India has declared 15^th November, the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, the legendary freedom fighter and tribal leader of the country, as Janjatiya Gaurav Divas to commemorate the contributions of tribal communities in national history and culture, and motivate the coming generations for protecting our cultural heritage and national pride. Ministry of Tribal Affairs has decided to celebrate the 3^rd Janjatiya Gaurav Divas – 2023 during the period commencing from 15^th November, 2023 to 26^th November, 2023 to coincide with the Constitution Day across the country.

It is requested to participate in the celebrations of the Janjatiya Gaurav Divas on 22.11.2023 from 03:00 PM  at East India Building, Main ITI Building premises.

Activities:

(i)   Capacity building activities for sector specific matters oriented towards tribal population.

Convocation of CTS Pass outs (Session: 2021-23) & Running (Session: 2022-24) Trainees (ITI) / completing the courses from East India Technical Institution (ITI) - 2021-23 & 2022-24 (session), Deptt.: Surveyor & Electrician on 17.09.2023 (One Day Before-Vishwakarma Day) at East India Technical Institution (PU19000076), East India Building, Uchalan, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. Parents & Candidates (Students) will be invited on 17th September, 2023 at EITI College Campus.

Office Memorandum (Vide Memo No.: DGT-16/2022-TTcell) from  Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, DGT, Govt. of India regarding Brief guidelines for Conduct of the Convocation Ceremony along with Convocation details.

Dress code for Convocation: The male and female trainees should be dressed in ITI Uniform & formal shoes.

Closing Formalities (Convocation Day-17 Sept, 2023): The ceremony shall close with National Anthem. The Closing of the convocation will be declared by the Controller of Examination / Vice Principal / Principal of EITI.

Sub.: Educational Excursion Camp at Mukutmonipur, Bankura (WB) for ITI Surveyor (NSQF)

Dear All Student’s (ITI Surveyor, 2022-2024),

             It is hereby informed you that this Institute under Affiliation of ITI Council, NCVT, DGT, Govt. of India and under Direction of WBSCVT&SD, Govt. of West Bengal to conduct ITI Surveyor Trade (2 Yrs.) & ITI Electrician (2 Yrs.) Trade.

           We are to organize an Educational Excursion Camp specially at hill area for our 25 Surveyor trainees (2022-2024 Session, final - trainee list-wise) Practical Training satisfying NCVT syllabus for AITT Exam. Like as previous years, we are also conducting the same at Venue Mukutmonipur Hill area under Block Khatra, Dist. Bankura, State: West Bengal on and from 29.09.2023 to 10.10.2023 (12 days) to conduct the same training programme.

Note: Documents Required for Student’s:

1. Original Aadhaar Card (Trainee)

2. Student ID Card (College ID Card)

3. 1^st  & 2^nd Dose Covid Vaccination Certificate - Mandatory

4. Original Voter Card

NOTICE

It is hereby notified to all students of the ITI College that as per regulations of the DGT, NCVT, MSDE, Govt. of India minimum 75% attendance in class is necessary to appear at year-end  AITT  Examinations. Students without requisite class attendance will not be allowed to appear in the said examinations. This rule shall be strictly adhered to.
